Decent experience, room for improvement
I bought a 'Lotes de papelería' to test them out. The overall shopping experience was fine, the website was easy enough to navigate. Delivery took 6 days to get to me, which was okay. The items themselves were mostly good, but a few pens were completely dry and some notebooks had bent covers. Nothing major, but it would be nice if they could somehow sort out the completely unusable stuff. Still, for the price, it was a fair deal, and I'd consider buying again, maybe a 'Cajas sorpresa'.
